For the past decade and more, I've been bringing human geography to the workplace table. The research, insights and ways of thinking from human geography provide a language and structure for exploring the relationship between people and place from a different angle. A refreshed perspective on the complex problems the workplace industry has been dealing with for years (old & new!).
I love seeing people understand their workplace differently. Whether that happens in a consultation, a keynote, a podcast, or a conversation over a cup of tea. Seeing that lightbulb moment is one of the things that drives my work.
